"I called looking to transfer my State Farm insurance to the area. They answered the phone and I was transferred to Josh. He was friendly and provided the right level of insurance review. I explained that I had done a lot of work to get the policy how I like it when I lived in another state. He still reviewed and explained options. I decided to add renters insurance! I’ve been frustrated by pushy or impersonal insurance offices. This was different. I will stay with them and recommend them to others."
